The Orion Module Engine and Information Service V3 is not running.

The following error appears when running the Configuration Wizard. Upon further investigation of the Configuration Wizard logs, the same error exist.

SolarWinds.ConfiguartionWizard.Host has stopped working

The Configuration Wizard process reaches this but then errors out.

The following example of error were found upon checking the Configuration Wizard logs:

A fatal error occurred when attempting to access the SSL client credential private key. The error code returned from the cryptographic module is 0xc002001b. The internal error state is 10003."
ERROR SolarWinds.BusinessLayerHost.BusinessLayerHostService - Unhandled exception caught by business layer host. System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

The CNG Key Isolation service should be running on the Orion server.

This service is necessary to all SSL keys in the system and not only for SolarWinds.

For example, if you are using SSL connection in SolarWinds, this service is needed for FIPS and non-FIPS environment.
