Set the status thresholds for Universal Device Poller using Web Console

The Universal Device Poller (UnDP) has three statuses, namely:

  • Up (green), 
  • Warning (yellow)
  • Critical (red)

From the Web Console you can set the threshold values for the Warning and Critical statues:

  1. Click Web Console > Settings > Custom Poller Thresholds.

  2. Click on a Custom Poller listed on the left panel. 
  3. Specify values for Warning Threshold and Critical Threshold.

  4. Click Submit.
