Scheduled chart reports show as loading or incomplete

Issue:

Reports that are being sent through e-mail which contain charts are showing as incomplete or is just loading. The report being sent through e-mail is showing as incomplete and without any details or values and is just showing as loading.

Cause:

Timeout issues with the page settings of the report being sent.

Resolution:

1. Edit the page setting value
    a. Open the below directory:
        C:\inetpub\SolarWinds\Orion\js
    b. Copy the DetachResourceAsImage.js file to your desktop.
    c. Edit the DetachResourceAsImage.js file in C:\inetpub\SolarWinds\Orion\js.
        Change the value value of page.setting.resourceTimeout from 3000 to 30000.

2. Do an IISRESET
Note: The IISRESET restarts the server so some users may not be able to access while the restart is ongoing. All other services will still be running.
    a. Open CMD. Type IISRESET.
    b. Check the reports again.
    c. Press Enter.

For Orion 2016.1 and later versions, do the following:

1. Open your web browser and go the link below.
HostnameOfOrionServer/Orion/Admin/AdvancedConfiguration/Global.aspx

2. Locate ExportToPdfCmd.ExportToPdfSettings and change the conversion delay to 30 seconds, then click save. 
3. Manually run the scheduled report
