The SQL Server service is not starting when the specified password for the account has expired.

All NPM versions

There is a specified account to the SQL Server database with an unknown password.

  1. Switch the Log On service from the specified account to the Local System Account.
  2. Select Local System Account.
  3. Click OK. You should now be able to start the service.
