Overview

After upgrading Orion from 11.5 to 11.5.3, all the interface cannot be accessed, Orion Web Console returns the following error:

Run query failed, check fault information service

Environment

NPM 11.5.3

Cause 

The InterfacesSchema was not updated properly during the upgrade. 

Checking the OrionWeb.log, you will see this error:

Error: Cannot resolve property for HasObsoleteData on InterfaceDetail web resource

Resolution

  1. Run Configuration Wizard in Repair mode.
  2. Set "Packaging.Internal.RepairMode" to true in ConfigurationWizard.exe.config.
  3. Run Configuration Wizard.
