Restore the Settings function in the Web Console

Overview

This article describes how to restore the Settings function in your Web Console.

Environment

All NPM versions

Steps

  1. On the Orion server, go to Start > All Program > SolarWinds Orion > Advanced Features > Database Manager > Add default Server.
  2. Expand Orion Database then double click Account table. Click Execute Query.
  3. Scroll down to your account details and look for Allow Admin.
  4. Change the value from N to Y and then click Enter.
  5. Log back to your account and the Settings function or tab should now be restored.
