Report Writer reports display inconsistent results

This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when the Report Writer displays different results in the web from the Report Writer application if the report has the Group Historical Data by Days option selected in the General tab of the created report.

The issue is caused when Group Historical Data by Days option is selected. 



  1. Clear Group historical data by days option on the General tab of the report in report writer application.
  2. Save the report.
  3. Refresh the report in the web console.

The results should match what is shown in the Report Writer application.
