Overview

Queries relating to previous instances of Orion Polling engine appear. 

Environment

All Orion Platform products

Cause

The issue occurs when the server was migrated to a new environment and a database cleanup was not performed. 

Resolution

1. Open the Orion Database Manager or the SQL Server Management Studio. 

2. Connect to the Orion Database. 

3. Run the following queries: 

DELETE FROM PendingNotifications
DELETE FROM Subscriptions

4. Restart all Orion Services using the Orion Service Manager.
