Primary disk is getting full logs

Issue:

The primary SLX C disk is getting full logs.

Cause:

The system is running with very low memory available causing the service to recycle. 

Resolution:

Disable all type of Topology Polling including the Routing Table Polling from the server to free an amount of memory space and prevent full logs or prevent the service from recycling.


1. Stop all Orion services -

2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion.
3. Select the SolarWinds.Orion.Core.BusinessLayer.dll.config file and open it in Notepad or with any text editor.
4. Find the Toplogy Settings string and look for <add key="TopologyEnable" value="True"/>.
    Change the value of TopologyEnable to False.
