Overview

The Interface Percent Utilization chart displays the following:

Data is not available

All other resources on the view are loading and a database check shows that data is available.

Environment

NPM 11.5 and later

Cause 

This issue is related to the 95th percentile calculations.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the view with the issue.
  2. Locate the resource with the issue and click Edit.
  3. Deselect Show the 95th percentile line.
  4. Click Submit.
