Overview

This article provides steps to resolve the issue when Orion website being redirected to IIS default website after making changes to its binding  and IP address. 

Environment

All NPM versions

Steps

1. Turn Off IIS Default Website.

2. Check if Orion application pool is running.

3. Verify that the Websites table in the SQL database is set to All Unassigned.

4. Verify that the bindings in IIS set to All Unassigned.

5. Verify that the application pool is running in IIS.

6. Verify the Websites table in DB Manager that it is using the correct IP address.

8. Delete browsing cache.

9. Reset the browser settings to default.

10. Access the Web Console from IIS by browsing to site.

11. Test by accessing the website from the website icon.
