Overview

Orion failed to detect Cisco Controller 5508 as a wireless node.

Environment

NPM 11.0 and later

Cause 

This occurs when the Wireless Controller poller is not selected within List Resources.

Resolution

  1. On the Orion Web Console, go to the Node Details page.
  2. Click List Resources.
  3. Select Wireless Controller.
