Overview

The node status is Up, but Interfaces are unknown.

The List Resources is unable find any resources.

Manage node is set for ICMP and SNMP, but the SNMP test fails.

 

Environment

All NPM versions

 

Cause 

SNMP credentials failed while ICMP was able to get Node status information. 

 

Resolution

Enter correct SNMP credentials to get interface information.
