Node Status displays Unreachable when the node is up

Overview

This article describes how to troubleshoot an issue generating an unreachable node status when the node is up with 100% availability. 

Environment

  • NPM 12.1

Detail

  1. Stop the Orion Services.
  2. Navigate to:
    C:\Windows\Temp\Solarwinds\JobEngine.v2
  3. Delete ShadowCopyCache.
  4. Save the file.
  5. Start the Orion Services.
