This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when there is no connection to the web console.


NPM version 11.5


The Module Engine is removed while making changes in the system.


  1. Open the Orion Service Manager and check to confirm if the Module Engine has been removed.
  2. If the Module Engine is missing, reinstall it.
    1. Go to C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\Installers.
    2. Double-click CoreInstaller.msi.
    3. Follow the installation wizard.
  3. Restart your system.
  4. Run the Orion Configuration Wizard.
