No attachment on the email received from Scheduled Report

This article provides brief information when the attachment is missing on the email received from a scheduled report. No error message appear on the email.


All NPM versions


To isolate the issue:

Send the report to your personal email account such as Gmail or Yahoo. See example image below:


If the email was received with attachment on the personal email account, this is not an issue with NPM.

This means that the attachment is being stripped off by your SMTP server.
