Network Atlas does not launch after uninstalling Toolset

Issue:

Network Atlas does not launch after SolarWinds Toolset 10.9 is uninstalled using Windows Uninstall/Change. The following error message may display:

Network Atlas has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact Solarwinds support about this problem. 

Resolution:

Repair your Network Atlas installation, as follows:

  1. Click Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features
  2. Click SolarWinds Orion Network Atlas, and then click Repair.
  3. Complete the installation and configuration wizards.

This article applies to SolarWinds Orion Network Atlas versions 1.7 and higher
