Overview

VMAN and NPM integration fails after applying a third party certificate with the following error:

Unexpected Website Error

Bad Data

Environment

NPM 11.5.2 with VMAN 6.3 integrated

Resolution

  1. Recreate account for integration by running the following query using SQL Management Studio or the Orion Database Manager: DELETE FROM CredentialProperty WHERE CredentialID = (SELECT ID FROM Credential where Name = '__VMan.Service.Account')              DELETE FROM Credential WHERE Name = '__VMan.Service.Account'
Note: Run each command all in one line.
  2. Restart the services and integrate again.
