Issue:
 The NPM email alert on 'remaining space in volume' shows inaccurate values when the following custom SQL query is used:

${Caption} volume on ${Node.Caption} has ${SQL:Select round((VolumeSpaceAvailable / 1024 / 1024),1) from Volumes WHERE VolumeID='${VolumeID}'}

Cause:
The alert variable {$VolumeSpaceAvailable} in the Custom SQL is misconfigured

Resolution

  1. Replace the following code in Custom SQL
    ${Caption} volume on ${Node.Caption} has ${SQL:Select round((VolumeSpaceAvailable / 1024 / 1024 / 1024),1) from Volumes WHERE VolumeID='${VolumeID}'}
  2. Now, the email alerts should render accurate values, as the string shown above will divide the value in VolumeSpaceAvailable until it is in GB and rounds to the tenth decimal place.
