How to monitor Cisco ACI in NPM - Video

  1. To monitor software to find networking via Cisco ACI, go to settings and then manage nodes. 
  2. Add node. 
  3. The ACI infrastructure can be added one of two ways. Either using SNMP communities or as ICMP or ping-only end points.
  4. Check the box to pull for the Cisco ACI. 
  5. Enter your credentials. And then test. 
  6. Click next. That's it. 
  7. Add node. 
  8. This is the results from a Cisco APIC. The members will be enumerated including the health scores as reported by the APIC. And you can even map the relationships. 
  9. Look at the parent. And then we can also look at the child entities. And optionally, view it however we like.
