Overview

The following error occurs when running Discovery on large subnets:

Discovery has been interrupted by timeout. Results of this discover are not completed.

 

Environment

NPM 11.5 and later

 

Cause 

The error is caused when Discovery exceeds the timeout value set in the Discovery Profile.

 

Resolution

Edit Discovery and set the Discovery timeout to a higher value.
