This webinar will focus on use cases for HR, Facilities and Accounting.

Having a unified ticketing and asset management system for all the departments in your company can provide end-users with a seamless experience and make things easier for your IT team. Your Orion server must be able to open internet connections to connect to THWACK. If the connection is blocked by a firewall or a proxy the list of shared pollers cannot be retrieved from THWACK, and any operation that relies on communication with THWACK, such as the upload or download of a poller will fail.

Check your firewall and proxy settings to make sure that your Orion server can connect to the internet.
