Migrated Report Writer reports missing from the Orion Web Console

Overview

You have migrated report from old server to new Orion server under the Report folder and its  is visible under Report Writer,

You are unable to see the newly migrated reports within the Orion webpage 

 

but is missing in the Orion Web Console:

 

Environment

  • All Orion NPM versions

Cause 

After migrating Orion NPM to a new system, the reports were migrated manually from the Orion Report folder to the new Orion server.

SWIS failed to list those manually migrated reports.

Resolution

  1. Restart all Orion services from the Orion Service Manager.

  2. The reports should be available in the Web Console after 20 minutes.
