Overview

This article provides information on unavailable memory or CPU utilization across multiple hosts in an environment.

 

In VIM Jobs Collection log:

2016-02-25 11:26:14,552 [STP SmartThreadPool Thread #0] [N (null)] ERROR SolarWinds.VIM.Pollers.VMware.VMwareService.Vim25.VMwareVim25Poller - VMware Job Polling node 1.2.3.4 - can't get performance counters. All values set to zero.
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: A specified parameter was not correct.

Environment

  • IVIM  2.1.0
  • NPM 11.5.2
  • VCenter 5.5

 

Detail

The issue is caused by VCenter limitations.
