Overview

This article describes how to delete or stop receiving emails from alerts that you no longer need. These emails or alerts can be something that was recently configured (like rebooting), but cannot be located in NPM.

Environment

NPM 11.5.2

Steps

From the Orion (NPM) Web Interface:

  1. Go to Home > Alerts > Manage Alerts.
  2. In the search box, enter the subject from the email then click Search.
  3. You should see the alerts that are configured with that subject.
  4. Select the box beside the Report Title and click Edit Report, Delete or Disable as needed.
