List Resources not showing all interfaces

Updated June 7th, 2016

When using list resources on a node, not all interfaces are showing up. This may be seen most often when doing list resources on a switch which has a large number of interfaces.

All NPM versions

Information is not being retrieved via SNMP before the SNMP timeout period.

  1. Ensure the Node having issue is not monitored repeatedly from the same polling engine.
  2. Access the "Polling Settings" page.
  3. Set "SNMP Timeout" higher. Maximum is 10000 ms.
  4. Click Submit. Try to list resources again.
