Overview

The List Resources page is not working and causes NPM 10.6 to stop responding.

Environment

NPM 10.6

Resolution

Upgrade to NPM 11.5.2 to resolve the issue. If you are unable to upgrade to the recommended version, perform the following workaround:

  1. Follow the steps in Collector Data Processor and Collector Polling Controller start and stop intermittently.
  2. Go to Start > All Programs > SolarWinds Orion > Configuration and Auto-Discovery > Configuration Wizard.
  3. Select the following when prompted:
    • Database
    • Services
    • Website
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the wizard.
