This hotfix addresses an issue where when dealing with long dates, the maintenance expiration date is trimmed in the Maintenance Expiration column of License Manager.  For example, if the expiration date is "Wednesday, September 20 2016", after applying the fix, this date will be displayed as "Wed, Sep 20 2016".  Applying this fix removes the previously installed version of License Manager.

This was a limitation of License Manager displaying longer dates.
