World map unknowns after upgrade

Overview

After 11.5.2 NPM upgrade, the World Map shows location names instead of node names like in prior versions when zoomed all the way out. The locations show as unknown and have to be manually filled out. 

Environment

NPM 11.5 and later

Resolution

  1. On the Orion server, open the file c:\inetpub\SolarWinds\Orion\js\WorldMap.js\Base.js.
  2. Make a backup of the file before making  changes.
  3. Find the setting "maxClusterRadius", which should be set to 20 by default, and change to:    0.1, 
  4. It should look like this:  maxClusterRadius: 0.1,
  5. Make another backup of the file.
    Note: If the Configuration Wizard is run again, the file will need to be replaced back.

Maps should now show node names listed at all zoom levels of the map.
