Overview

Alerts are still triggered even when the website fails to load or is inaccessible.

Environment

  • NPM v11.5.2
  • NPM v11.5.3

Cause

There is no certificate listed under the port 443 SSL binding.

Resolution

The SSL certificate in the website binding needs to be checked.

  1. Open IIS Manager.
  2. Expand Sites.
  3. Right click the site you wish to modify and click "Edit Bindings...".
  4. Select the https port and select "Edit...".
  5. At the bottom of the window that pops up, specify the Orion certificate.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Site should now be able to load.
