Overview

Unable to List Resources for some nodes.

Environment

All NPM versions

Cause 

The SNMP credentials were deleted from the nodes in question. 

Resolution

Re-apply the SNMP credentials on the nodes:

  1. Browse to the node in the Orion web console.
  2. Clicking Edit Node.
  3. Enter the correct SNMP credentials.
  4. Press Test to verify the credentials are valid.
  5. Once you are satisfied the correct credentials have been applied, click Submit.

 

After List Resources should populate as needed for the affected nodes.
