Turn off the website mobile view

Overview

This article describes how to turn off the website mobile view if there are errors displayed.

Environment

Orion Platform 2016 and later

Steps

  1. Establish a remote connection to the server hosting the web page.
  2. Create a backup of the web.config file located at C:\inetpub\SolarWinds by default.
  3. Open the old web.config file in Notepad.
  4. Find the following line:
    <add key="EnableAutodetectMobileDevices" value="true" />
  5. Change the value to False:
    <add key="EnableAutodetectMobileDevices" value="false" />
  6. Restart the World Wide Web Publishing Service.
