Top 10 Volume Percent Utilization - Exclude Physical and Virtual Memory on the list

Overview

This article describes how to remove Physical and Virtual Memory listed on Top 10 Volume Percent Utilization Resource View. This is useful when you would like to show only Fixed disk on Top XX Volume Percent Utilization.

Environment

NPM all versions

Steps

  1. Go to that Page and Click Customized View (Located on the upper right hand portion – green icon).
  2. Click the plus on the Resource Box to Add a resource view.
  3. Type in the search box “Top XX Volumes by Disk Space Used. >> Select the resource and Add selected resource. >> Click Submit.
  4. It will now display on that page the new resource view, to filter it only to Volumes click Edit.
  5. Then you will see a box that says Filter Nodes. Put this query on the box: VolumeType Like 'Fixed Disk*'.
  6. Click submit.
  7. That should bring you the resource view only showing top 10 volume by disk space.
  8. Which now only show Volume disk drives.
