Cause

This could be a problem with .NET. The TCP port Sharing service is not started before all Orion services.

This could also be a problem where the following Microsoft Updates KB3102429 was installed.

Resolution

  1. Restart NET TCP port sharing service. Refer to the Microsoft Technet website on how to restart a Windows service http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l.../cc772408.aspx.
  2. Restart the Orion Services using the Orion Service Manager.
  3. If the following Microsoft Update KB3102429  is installed, uninstall and restart the Orion server.
