The TCP .Net Port Sharing Service does not allow concurrent connections.

  • Orion Web Console is showing HTTP Error 500

  • Core Business Layer is started and listening on TCP 17777

  • Information Service is started and listening on TCP 17777

  • Procmon shows TCP:17777 traffic from only one source at a time

  1. Remove Windows Feature TCP .Net Port Sharing Service.
  2. Restart Windows.
  3. Re-Add Windows Feature TCP .Net Port Sharing Service.
