Specific node triggers a false Node Down alert in NPM

Overview

A specific node triggers a Node Down  alert. When you check the node, the status is UP.

Resolution

  1. Log in to the Orion Web Console.
  2. Click Settings > All Settings.
  3. Under Node & Group Management, click Manage Nodes.
  4. Delete and re-add the node.
