The Solarwinds.BusinessLayerHosts.exe is experiencing high CPU usage.


  • NPM 10.0 and later


This happens because the hardware resourses assigned to the system are too low. The System VM is only assigned a single physical CPU core, which does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for NPM.
