SQL Query to trace unassigned nodes to any groups

Overview

This article provides the SQL query to quickly find nodes that do not belong to any groups. 

Environment

All Orion Platforms version

Detail

Run the following SQL query against the Orion database:

select Caption,IP_Address from nodes where not Caption in(SELECT distinct[FullName] FROM [ContainerMemberSnapshots] where [EntityDisplayName] = 'Node')
