Overview

There are cases where nodes cannot be added because the SNMP credential test is failing even if you are logged in as a specific user and regardless of the permissions that the user has.

Environment

  • Orion Core

Cause

There is a corrupted SNMP credential on the node to be added.

Resolution

The administrator for the device should create a new SNMP credential.
