Updated October 9, 2017

Overview

This article describes how to restrict a View for specific accounts or Groups

Environment

  • NPM 11.5.3 and higher

Steps

For the this scenario, we're using two custom IDs in Orion – Login1 and Login2

  1. Click Settings – Customize Views
  2. Select Orion Summary Home

  1. Click Copy
  2. Select Copy of Orion Summary Home and Edit
  3. Rename to Net1 Orion Summary Home and click Update
  4. Click DONE
  5. Select Orion Summary Home
  6. Click Copy
  7. Select Copy of Orion Summary Home and Edit
  8. Rename to Net2 Orion Summary Home and click Update
  9. Click DONE – At this point you have two Orion summary pages and you still have your default Orion Summary Home

See results:

  1. Go to Settings – Manage Accounts
  2. Click Login1 USER and click Edit

  1. Select Net1 Orion Summary Home for its Home Page View / Default Summary View and Select Net1 Orion Summary Home

  • Click Submit

++ Do the same for Login2 USER but select Net2 Orion Summary Home

From here all you need to do is to customize the Home Summary View for Net1 and Net2 summary Pages to allow each person or group to view different summary views.
