Overview

The map you are viewing uses icons that are not supported in your current version of Network Atlas. These icons are still visible in the Orion Web Console on maps you have already created. The following procedure provides steps to copy legacy icons from your Orion server to your local Network Atlas installation.

Environment

Orion Network Atlas version 1.2 or later

Steps

To copy legacy icons from an Orion NPM server to a Network Atlas installation:

  1. Locate the following directory on your Orion NPM server (or from where you are storing your missing custom icons):
    Volume:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\Network Atlas\Maps\NetObjects\
  2. Copy the Icons folder.
  3. Paste the Icons folder to the same directory in your local Network Atlas installation:
The default installation location is Volume:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\Network Atlas\Maps\NetObjects\
