Remove unknown objects from Network Maps

Issue:

Unknown Issues are found on the Network Maps.
 

Resolution:

  1. Click Start > All Programs > SolarWinds > Network Atlas.
  2. Select a Unknown connection on the map, and then click Properties in the right-click shortcut menu.
  3. Click Cancel this assignment.
  4. Repeat step 2 and 3 for all the unknown connections.
  5. Click Save.
