Page loading problems with IE 11 in Windows 2012 R2

Issue

When using IE 11 in Windows 2012 R2, Orion Web Console pages are broken when first called because calling of jQuery selector fails. In the Orion Web Console reports, you can find the following message: SCRIPT70: Permission denied.
Pages load on refresh.

Cause

Unknown. Probably some activeX or third party component influence behavior of IE 11.

The problem was reproduced with IE 11 update version 11.0.9600.16384 RTM (KB2841134).
No longer seen with IE 11.0.9600.16521 Update Version 11.0.4 (KB2925418) or IE 11.0.9600.16661 Update Version 11.0.5 (KB2964444). 

Resolution:

Update Internet Explorer to IE 11.0.9600.16521 Update Version 11.0.4 (KB2925418) or later.
