Overview

This article addresses the issue where the PDF file from a scheduled report does not contain any data except for a screenshot of the Web console login page.

The following error message also appears in the OrionWeb.log file which can be found at C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\Logs\Orion:

Resolution

  1. From the Orion server, go to IIS Manager > Solarwinds NetPerfMon > Authentication.

  1. On Authentication, make sure that the following are set to Enabled:

    • Forms Authentication
    • Windows Authentication

  1. Still, on the Orion server, Open Internet Explorer and navigate to Internet Options > Security tab.
  2. Highlight Trusted Sites and click Custom Level.

  1. Under User Authentication, select Automatic logon with current username and password.

  1. Still on Internet Options > Advanced tab.
