NetPath and PerfStack not honoring Web session timeout settings

Updated January 25, 2018

Overview

A custom timeout period has been set for the Orion Web Console. (Choose Settings > All Settings > Web Console Settings > Session Timeout.) However, NetPath and PerfStack pages still use the default timeout instead of the timeout specified in Web Console Settings.

Environment

  • NPM 12.1

Resolution

  • For NetPath: Upgrade to the latest version of NPM. The issue is fixed.
  • For PerfStack: This is a known issue that will be fixed in a future release.
