NPM audit events are not being displayed

Overview

In the Orion Web Console Audit events are not being actively logged. This issue can be identified via resources on the summary page, on the Node Details page and via the Message Center.

Environment

  • NPM
    • 11.5.x
    • 12.x

Resolution

NPM 11.5.x

The source of the issue is likely related to subscription issues:

 

NPM 12.0, 12.0.1 and 12.1

The likely cause of the issue is a known memory leak in the product.

 

To resolve this issue upgrade to NPM 12.1 if not already on this release and apply NPM HotFix 1 which contains Orion Core HotFixes which resolve these issues. The latest HotFixes are available from the Customer Portal.
