Overview

Orion is using the wrong memory poller for Cisco ISR, ASA and ASR devices.

Environment

All NPM versions.

Resolution

  1. Open PollerChecker (placed in installed folder).
    1. Set polling method - SNMP
    2. Check needed node
    3. Check memory
    4. Detect pollers
  2. Select different memory poller (CiscoGen3).

      3. Click Add / Replace Pollers (Note: It should add the missing poller in enabled state).
      4. Verify the previous memory poller in the pollers table is not enabled and the new one is added in enabled state.
