The 'Manage Nodes View' does not show any nodes. It shows the following error at the bottom of the view, in all of the 'group by' options.

"Server error: Internal Server Error"

  1. The Database Operating System Locale is not set to English.
  2. Currently SolarWinds does not support all collations of databases - Requirements for the Orion Database Server (SQL Server)
  3. The Interfaces Business Layer is not coming up due to Missing DLLs. If this issue is being faced it can be confirmed by checking the following log file:
  4. Planned Unmanage Window Column is selected for Interfaces

ERROR SolarWinds.BusinessLayerHost.PluginInstanceAppDomain - Plugin "Interfaces Business
Layer" failed to start.
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly
'SolarWinds.Interfaces.Common, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'
or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

2. Switch "Show:" to Interfaces

3. Click ">>" next to "Type" column to list columns

4. De-select "Planned Unmanage Window"

5. Submit and should not get Internal Server anymore
