Overview

This article describes the issue when listing resources takes longer time to load and displays the following error:
"Unhandled exeption :exeption of type system outofmemoryexeption was thrown"
timeout of Swis v3 :
"The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding"

Environment

NPM version 11.5

Cause

This issue is caused by corrupted performance counter libraries that need to be rebuilt.

Resolution

  1. Rebuild performance Counters. See the link below for a guide on how to do this:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2554336

   2. Reboot the server.
   3. Repair .Net 4 by downloading Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool located on their website.
   4. Re-run the Configuration Wizard.
