Overview

This article describes the issue where within the website, the license details page shows all of your licenses as being Evaluation Expired.

In addition to that, looking in the Orion web log, you see the following error when you access the page:

WARN  SolarWinds.Orion.Core.Common.RemoteFeatureManager - There appear to be multiple (2) primary polling engines. The first one will be used.

Environment

All versions of Orion products

Cause

This issue occurs when multiple polling engines within the database are listed as the Primary.

Resolution

Delete the Primary polling engine from the database that should not be there. You can do this via the following SQL statement:

DELETE FROM AllEngines

WHERE EngineID ='XXXX'

Replace XXXX with the EngineID of the polling engine that should not be there.
